Monthly billing
Billing is monthly. You can cancel future payments at any time. Once a billing period starts, that month’s fee is generally non‑refundable unless there is a service issue (see below).
Service issues
If live classes are not delivered as advertised due to our fault, we will offer a fair remedy (for example: rescheduled sessions, credit, or partial refund).
How to request
Email hello@rehanschool.uk with:
- Student name
- Parent/guardian name
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 2 working days (UK time).
